You can book an appointment with one of the team who will personally own your case and provide as much support as you need and keep you informed on the progress of your application.

If you have any questions about our buy to let mortgages, please call 0345 607 30 21. The team are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

There is no limit on the number of mortgages you can have with The Mortgage Works. However, for landlords with large portfolios (11+ properties) or portfolios that are complex, we may require further information, such as business plan.

Yes, you can own and manage your buy to let property under a limited company with The Mortgage Works. We have a select offering of limited company mortgages available to first time, experienced and portfolio landlords.

All new applications with The Mortgage Works will require a property valuation. Some mortgages offer a free valuation as a benefit of the mortgage. Take a look at our mortgage finder for more information on what's available. 

We don't currently offer online servicing, but we're working on improving our systems to enable our customers to manage their account online.

You can request various information about your accounts via our website. Visit our Existing customers page to find out more on how to manage your mortgage, including:

• changing your payments or personal details
• changing your mortgage term or properties
• Limited Company customer support
  

You can completely pay off your mortgage, also known as redeeming your mortgage, before the end of its term.

To do this, you’ll need to request a redemption statement. This will show how much you still owe on your mortgage, any Early Repayment Charges, and mortgage exit fees you need to pay.

You can set up a short term arrangement to allow a trusted person to help manage your mortgage. This is called Third party access. 

You will need to complete a Third Party Authority form and return this to us by post. For more information, please see our Help and support page.
